Welcome to Serenity Touch Massage & Spa ("Serenity Touch," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website serenitytouch.icu (the "Site") and the massage therapy and spa services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our Site or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Overview

Serenity Touch provides non‑medical massage therapy including, but not limited to, Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, prenatal, and couples massage. All treatments are therapeutic and relaxation‑oriented. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Our therapists are licensed by the State of Texas and adhere to professional standards of practice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including but not limited to contraindicated health conditions, inappropriate behavior, or late arrival that would significantly shorten the session.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone at (512) 382-7491, or in person. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and health information. We will send a confirmation email upon booking. If you do not receive one, please contact us to confirm your appointment.

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time, especially for your first visit, to complete any necessary intake forms. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client, though the full session fee will still apply.

3. Cancellation and No‑Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to show up for a scheduled session, may incur a fee equal to 50% of the session price. Repeated no‑shows may result in the requirement to prepay for future bookings. For full details, please see our Cancellation Policy.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your session is the one published at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service, unless you have purchased a package, membership, or gift card in advance. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards (where applicable), and Serenity Touch gift cards. All sales are final for gift cards and prepaid packages; no cash refunds will be issued, though unused balances may be transferred or applied to other services.

5. Health and Safety

It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before the session begins. Massage is contraindicated for certain conditions, and your therapist may modify techniques or decline service if they determine that massage could pose a risk to your health. You acknowledge that massage involves physical touch and that you will communicate any discomfort during the session so the therapist can adjust pressure or technique accordingly.

6. Gift Cards and Memberships

Gift cards are available in any denomination, never expire, and can be redeemed for any of our Services. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Monthly memberships automatically renew unless canceled with at least 30 days' written notice. Membership sessions must be used within the calendar month and do not roll over. Membership pricing is subject to change with advance notice.

7. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Serenity Touch and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non‑commercial use only. Any other reproduction, distribution, or modification requires our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate applicable laws.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site's functionality. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenity Touch and its therapists, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or Site. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, allergic reactions, lost profits, or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serenity Touch, its owners, therapists, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Services, or your violation of any law or third‑party right.

10. Third‑Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third‑party websites, such as mapping services or local recommendations. We do not endorse or control these sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Access them at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Site or Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law
