What to expect

Come dressed in comfortable athletic clothing or we'll provide shorts and a top if preferred. The session may begin with a movement assessment to identify restrictions. You'll actively participate at times — moving through stretches while the therapist applies pressure. The intensity is tailored to your tolerance, and you'll be encouraged to hydrate well afterward.

Depending on your timing, we may use cooling gel for acute areas or warming balms for chronic tightness. Many athletes schedule regular sessions every 2‑4 weeks to maintain peak performance.
